Submitting an advert

Whether you already have an advert or need one designed for you, we have tried to make this as easy and user friendly as possible.

If you have any previous adverts or flyers or a business card - you can email or WhatsApp those to us.

Seven easy steps to placing an ad with Smart-Ads

  1. Write out what you want to say in your advert. Remember to provide phone numbers and address.

  2. Either WhatsApp or Email your advert to us. You do not need to design the advert. We will do that for you - this service is included in the price.

  3. Give us some idea of the amount you want to spend per advert and in which issues you would like the advert to appear.

  4. We will send your proof advert to you. You will be quoted a price and given bank details and a deposit reference.

  5. Check details especially phone numbers and/or prices mentioned in the advert. Make any changes you think necessary and fax/email it back to us. If you are satisfied with the advert, please sign off before faxing/emailing back. Remember that when you sign off the advert you are legally binding yourself that the advert details are correct.

  6. Pay into our bank account. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUPPLY THE DEPOSIT REFERENCE. If paying cash at the ATM or bank there is a cash deposit fee.

  7. WhatsApp or Email a copy of your deposit slip to us.
